Welcome to the website of the English International School Prague. We are a school that provides a truly international experience, with over 40 nationalities represented on the student body. Our curriculum is based on the British model, adapted to suit the needs of our international student body. We use the English National Curriculum, IGCSE and IB Diploma programmes. This is an exciting fun place to learn where every child is known and valued. Our students are enthusiastic about their learning and are keen to come to school. Our staff is a highly dedicated, professional and approachable team that strives for high performance and excellence.

Our teachers make the education and welfare of the students their first concern and are accountable for achieving the highest possible standards in work and conduct. They also ensure that they keep their skills up to date and are self critical. Positive professional relationships are forged with students and parents, in the very best interest of our young learners.

Our website aims to give a taste of the school, as well as providing regular updated information and news about the school community. At present, the school has some exciting new development work underway.

Firstly, our reception area will undergo a significant redesign. The goal of these changes is to create an area that is welcoming and gives a clear understanding of the identity of the school.

Secondly, our canteen will be undergoing some changes in order to improve the acoustics and to create an inviting area that students can use for eating, socialising and learning.

And last but not least, our outdoor playing field will receive a new, well deserved surface in order to create a smooth and safe playing area that can be used to fulfil the curriculum demands and to hold inter school events on.
