The British School Warsaw, is led by Dr Terry Creissen OBE, supported by Dr Jacek Łatkowski, Deputy Principal; Mr Colter Watt, Head of Primary; and, Ms Izabella Słoczyńska, Head of Secondary. Our team are committed to ensuring academic excellence and high performance learning.
Reflecting the modernity and dynamism of Warsaw, The British School welcomes a very wide circle of nationalities to the school and the British Educational system. A highly professional and dedicated team of English speaking teachers deliver the English National Curriculum and the IB Diploma with outstanding results. A team of well-trained Polish Language teachers and other staff who run mother-tongue courses for our diverse community supports them. Exam results for the 2011/12 IB Diploma were excellent with 24% of students achieving 40 or above and an average point score of 33.4 (against a world average of 29.8%). One student achieved top marks (45 points) representing 0.2% of the world-wide population of IB Diploma students.

The British School is conveniently located close to the city centre in the popular areas of Mokótow for our Early Years students and Sadyba for students in Year 2 to Year 13.
