Led by Mr Roland Lomenech, the team at Collège Champittet welcomes students from kindergarten through to Diploma level as day students and from secondary school to Diploma level as boarders. To help students achieve their full potential and academic excellence, Collège Champittet offers students a choice between the French, Swiss and international curricula. The teaching team is committed to students succeeding, with graduates of Collège Champittet regularly being offered places at the top Universities in Switzerland, the US and in the UK. Located on a beautiful wooded campus just outside Lausanne city centre and close to Lake Leman, the Collège Champittet, Pully campus is over 100 years old and offers a wonderfully stimulating learning environment. The multicultural boarding house with its (FLE) French as a foreign Language Program also attracts students from all over the world adding an extra dimension to what Champittet has to offer as well as a real family atmosphere. For day and boarding students alike, the campus provides a wide range of music, arts, sports and recreational facilities. A diverse programme of extra-curricular activities contribute to the formal learning, stimulating the intellectual and creative development of each student. Collège Champittet, Nyon campus opened in 2004 and provides a contemporary and welcoming campus for students aged from three to 12 years. Well-equipped classrooms, a computer lab and all-weather playground complement the highly qualified and experienced teachers who make learning dynamic and fun. Teaching at Collège Champittet, Nyon campus takes place both inside and outside of the classroom and students have the choice of numerous extra-curricular activities, such as music, sports, computing and cultural outings. A variety of educational trips, as well as school events, such as the traditional ski camp, are organised every year. |
