Clubs

Aikido, Ballet, Chess…there is at least one club for (almost) every letter of the alphabet.

Students at The British International School Budapest take an interest in all kinds of things. This variety is well reflected in the opportunities we offer. There’s a fantastic selection of activities during lunchtimes, after school and often at weekends too. Here are lists of the clubs available to each year group, plus the sign-up forms.

There is also a Model United Nations, a simulation of the United Nations that encourages students to think about global issues and teaches them effective communication, diplomacy and the art of compromise. They take on the role of a foreign diplomat and research a country, investigate international issues, debate, deliberate, consult and develop solutions to world problems. In 2008, we sent a delegation of 6 students to participate in the Georgetown University MUN conference in Qatar.
