Board AppointmentNordAnglia Education PLC 25 January 2007 The Board of Nord Anglia is pleased to announce the appointment of Stephen Henwood, as a non-executive director of the Group, with effect from 25 January 2007. Mr Henwood, aged 53, has held senior finance and management roles with a number of companies including, most recently BAE Systems Plc. He joined BAE Systems in 1992 initially in a financial role but subsequently has held a number of senior management positions, most recently as Group Managing Director with responsibility for International Partnerships. He has wide commercial and financial management experience gained in a number of overseas markets including the Middle East. Mr Henwood is a non-executive director of Saab AB and is also Chairman of NP Aerospace, a management buyout supported by the Carlyle Group. Nord Anglia confirms that there are no matters requiring disclosure in relation to paragraphs 9.16.13 (2) to (6) of the Listing Rules of the UK Listing Authority.
