Educational license awarded for International School at Nanxiang in Shanghai

Nord Anglia is pleased to announce that it has been awarded a license for a new
1200 place International School in Shanghai. The school, which is already built,
is located in the Nanxiang district of the city and the primary school section
will now be opening in September 2007, four months ahead of the schedule
published in the interim statement.

As of September 2007 Nord Anglia will have three campuses in Shanghai with a
total capacity of 3,500 places and plans additional expansion for its Puxi
campus in January 2008.
