LEARNING CENTRES LIMITED FOR £31.2 MILLION Nord Anglia Education plc announces that it is today posting a circular to shareholders regarding the proposed disposal of its Nursery division (Leapfrog Nurseries) to Busy Bees Group Limited, a subsidiary of A.B.C. Learning Centres Limited, as announced on 13 August 2007. The circular contains a notice convening an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders at the offices of Addleshaw Goddard LLP, 100 Barbirolli Square, Manchester M2 3AB at 10.00 am on 17 September 2007 at which, amongst other matters, approval for the proposed disposal will be sought.
