Result of EGMNordAnglia Education PLC17 September 2007 On 13 August 2007 the Board of Nord Anglia Education plc ('Nord Anglia') announced that it had agreed the sale of its Nursery division ('Leapfrog Nurseries') to Busy Bees, a subsidiary of A.B.C. Learning Centres Limited. As a consequence of its size the announced sale was conditional, amongst other things, upon the approval of Nord Anglia's shareholders at an Extraordinary General Meeting. The Board is pleased to announce that at the Extraordinary General Meeting held today the shareholders of Nord Anglia have passed the: 1. ordinary resolution approving the sale of Leapfrog Nurseries; 2. ordinary resolution approving the proposed increase to Nord Anglia's borrowing powers to £40 million; and 3. special resolution to cancel Nord Anglia's share premium account. The transaction is expected to complete on 19 September 2007.
