Voting Rights and Capital

In conformity with the Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1 the Company notifies the market of the following:

Nord Anglia Education plc's capital consists of 39,875,615 ordinary shares with voting rights Nord Anglia Education plc holds no ordinary shares in Treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Nord Anglia Education plc is 39,875,615.

The above figure 39,875,615 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Nord Anglia Education plc under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
