Holdings in Company

The Company received notification on 9 November 2005, that, following a sale of shares, Lincoln Unit Trust Managers had a notifiable interest of 3,971,982 ordinary shares of 5 pence in the Company, representing 10.51 per cent of the issued share capital of that class.
