Abu Dhabi contract win

Abu Dhabi contract win

Nord Anglia Education ('Nord Anglia' or 'the group') is a leading provider of
education, training and childcare with three distinct operating divisions -
Nurseries, International Schools and Learning Services

Nord Anglia Education plc ('Nord Anglia') is pleased to announce that it has won
a significant education contract in Abu Dhabi.

The Abu Dhabi Education Council (ADEC) has selected Nord Anglia as preferred
provider to manage six primary schools for a period of three years, commencing
in July of this year. Nord Anglia won the contract against strong international
competition. The contract revenue is estimated at £3m per annum, with an
estimated profit to Nord Anglia of £0.3m per annum.

Andrew Fitzmaurice, Chief Executive of Nord Anglia, said:

'This contract is of significant strategic value to Nord Anglia and underlines
the strong and growing reputation of our business models in managing
international school programmes, as demonstrated by the recent announcement of
our expansion in Korea, and the expertise in providing schools inspection
services and educational consultancy within our Learning Services division.

'This second contract in the United Arab Emirates, following on from our earlier
success in Dubai, strengthens our position in the region where we believe a
large number of similar contracts will be available for tender in the future.'
