The Company was notified on 28 January 2004 that following a purchase of 364,625 ordinary shares in the Company on 27 January 2004, J O Hambro Capital Management Limited is currently interested in 1,321,958 ordinary shares in the Company representing 4.97 per cent of the issued share capital of that class.
