The Company received notification today that following a transaction on 26 January 2004 in Nord Anglia Education plc ordinary shares of 5p each, Phoenix Asset Management Partners Ltd currently has an interest in 814,195 ordinary shares representing 3.06 per cent of the issued share capital of that class.
