Holding in Company

The Company was notified on 16 February 2004 that following a purchase of 30,000 ordinary shares in the Company on 13 February 2004, J O Hambro Capital Management Limited is currently interested in 1,351,958 ordinary shares in the Company representing 5.05 per cent of the issued share capital of that class.
