Notifiable InterestThe Company was notified on 14 June 2004 that Hermes Focus Asset Management Limited, Hermes Investment Management Limited as general partners of the UK Small Companies Focus Fund (SCFF) and Hermes SLP Limited, as at 11 June 2004 had a notifiable interest in 2,816,977 ordinary shares in the Company representing 7.49 per cent of the issued share capital of that class. These shares are registered in the name of Chase Nominees Ltd.The Company received notification today that as at 11 June 2004, Devon County Council by virtue of its relationship with Hermes Focus Asset Management Limited (UK Small Companies Focus Fund) and Ram Trust Services, Inc. on behalf of its clients, as an investor in the Hermes UK Small Companies Focus Fund, both had a notifiable interest in 2,816,977 ordinary shares representing 7.49 per cent of the issued share capital of that class. The Company was notified on 14 June 2004 that The Trustees of The BT Pension Scheme, BriTel Fund Trustees Limited, as at 11 June 2004 had a notifiable interest in 2,986,323 ordinary shares in the Company representing 7.94 per cent of the issued share capital of that class. Of the above mentioned shares, 2,816,977 representing 7.49 per cent of the ordinary issued share capital are by virtue of its interest in the Hermes UK Small Companies Focus Fund. The Company was also notified on 14 June 2004 that Royal Mail Pensions Trustees Limited, Possfund Custodian Trustee Ltd, as at 11 June 2004 had a notifiable interest in 2,924,104 ordinary shares in the Company representing 7.78 per cent of the issued share capital of that class. Of the above mentioned shares, 2,816,977, representing 7.49 per cent of the ordinary issued share capital are by virtue of its interest in the Hermes UK Small Companies Focus Fund. |
