Notifiable InterestThat with effect from 29 November 2004 management of the Canada Life Unit Trusts has been transferred to Capita Financial Managers Limited (CFM). The Canada Life Group through Canada Life Asset Management Limited continue to be investment managers of the fund. The Canada Life Group currently have an interest of 2,145,915 ordinary shares in the Company representing 5.70 per cent of the issued share capital of that class. Of that 1,204,440 ordinary shares in the Company representing 3.20 per cent of the issued share capital of that class are held on behalf of Canada Life Limited. |
