The Company received notification on 10 February 2005, that following purchases of ordinary shares totalling 250,000 on 8 February 2005, Morley Fund Management Limited (a subsidiary of Aviva plc) currently has an interest 1,609,324 ordinary shares of the Company representing 4.26 per cent of the issued share capital of that class.
