New International School in Dubai38441 Nord Anglia Education PLC ("Nord Anglia"), the education, training and childcare company (LSE: NAE), announces that the Company has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Dubai-based ETA Star Schools ("ETA", part of the ETA Ascon Group) to launch the first Star British School in the United Arab Emirates.The school, which will provide high quality education to 520 children from the expatriate and local communities, will open in September 2005. A second school is scheduled for launch in 2006 and a third in 2007. Nord Anglia will operate as a managing agent for the school and, as such, will receive a percentage of turnover as a royalty fee. ETA will provide the infrastructure and funding. S.
