Notifiable Interest

The Company received notification on 11 April 2005 that as at 11 April 2005, Devon County Council, by virtue of its relationship with Hermes Focus Asset Management Limited (UK Small Companies Focus Fund), had a notifiable interest in 2,596,977 ordinary shares representing 6.87 per cent of the ordinary issued share capital.
