Notifiable InterestThe Company was notified on 22 April 2005 that as at 21 April 2005, Hermes Focus Asset Management Limited (UK Small Companies Focus Fund), had a notifiable interest in 1,846,977 ordinary shares representing 4.89 per cent of the ordinaryissued share capital. The Company was notified on 22 April 2005 that The Trustees of The BT Pension Scheme, BriTel Fund Trustees Limited, as at 21 April 2005 had a notifiable interest in 2,231,371 ordinary shares in the Company representing 5.90 per cent of the issued share capital of that class. Of the above mentioned shares, 1,846,977 representing 4.89 per cent of the ordinary issued share capital are by virtue of its interest in the Hermes UK Small Companies Focus Fund. The Company also received notification on 22 April 2005 that as at 21 April 2005, Royal Mail Pensions Trustees Limited, Possfund Custodian Trustee Ltd had an interest in the Company of 1,846,977 ordinary shares representing 4.89 per cent of the issued share capital of that class. This holding is by virtue of its interest in the Hermes UK Small Companies Focus Fund. The Company also received notification on 25 April 2005 that as at 21 April 2005, Ram Trust Services, Inc. had, on behalf of its clients as an investor in the Hermes UK Small Companies Focus Fund, an interest in the Company of 1,846,977 ordinary shares representing 4.88 per cent of the issued share capital of that class. |
