Board Changes38469Nord Anglia, the education services provider, announces that Lorene Simpson, Group Finance Director, has resigned as a Director of the Company and is leaving the Group. Mrs Simpson has been with the Group since its flotation, working alongside former Chairman, Kevin McNeany and Managing Director, David Johnson, both of whom have left the business in the course of the last two years. She has indicated to the Board that now is the right time for her to move on as the business prepares to move into a new phase of its development.Stephen Hyde has been appointed as interim Group Finance Director with immediate effect. Mr Hyde, aged 48, has 20 years´ experience in financial and management accounting, including 13 years at divisional director level within both the international and UK divisions of Tesco PLC. He has not been appointed to the Board of Nord Anglia Education PLC. The Company will initiate a search to identify suitable candidates for the position of Group Finance Director on a permanent basis. Nord Anglia also announces that the interim results for the six months ended 28 February, 2005 are expected to be released towards the end of May.
