Holding in CompanyThe Company received notification on 24 June 2005 from Principle Capital Partners Limited that as at 10 June 2005, Bulldog Financial Limited has a beneficial interest in 3,435,000 ordinary shares in the Company representing 9.1 per cent of the issued share capital of that class.As the investment manager of Bulldog Financial Limited, Principle Capital Partners Limited is interested in Bulldog Financial Limited´s interest as disclosed above. In addition, Principle Capital Holdings Societe Anonyme is interested in Bulldog Financial Limited´s interest in shares as disclosed above. The Company also received notification on 23 June 2005 that, Essex County Council Pension Fund, by virtue of its relationship with Hermes Focus Asset Management Limited (UK Small Companies Focus Fund), currently has a notifiable interest in 1,296,977 ordinary shares representing 3.43 per cent of the ordinary issued share capital. |
