Notifiable InterestThe Company received notification on 28 June 2005, that as at close of business on 27 June 2005, Aberforth Partners was interested in a total of 3,780,000 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 10.00 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company. Of these shares, 3,100,900 are registered in the name of Nortrust Nominee Limited A/C ABERFRTH, 239,100 in the name of The Church of Commissioners for England (Chase GIS) Nominees Ltd, 168,000 in the name of Bank of Ireland Nominees Limited, 272,000 in the name of State Street Nominees Limited A/C JD59. |
