In addition, Principle Capital Holdings Societe Anonyme is interested in Bulldog Financial Limited's interest in shares as disclosed above. In addition to this, Edinburgh House Estates Limited, David Roberts, Bulldog Financial Limited and Principle Capital Partners Limited are deemed to be interested in each other's interests in shares and together have a beneficial interest in 3,887,236 ordinary shares in the Company representing 10.29 per cent of the issued share capital of that class. |
