Appointment of Finance Director38616The Board of Nord Anglia, the education services provider, is pleased to announce the appointment of Stephen Hyde FCA as Group Finance Director, with effect from 21 September 2005. Mr Hyde, aged 48, has been the Group's interim Finance Director since the resignation of Lorene Simpson on 27 April.Mr Hyde has more than 20 years' experience in financial and management accounting, including 13 years at Tesco PLC, where he worked as a divisional director within both the UK and international divisions, and was director of investor relations for three years.
