Holdings in Company

38664 The Company received notification on 7 November 2005, that following the purchase of 850,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence in the Company, Platinum Investment Trust Plc had an interest in the Company of 2,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 5.29 per cent of the issued share capital of that class. This holding is held under the name of Bank of New York Nominees Limited.
