Our Graduate Development Programme

The Graduate Development Programme runs over a period of two years and provides a framework around which you can build your own career at Nord Anglia. Within this we provide:

1. Induction Day – Programme Launch

  • Presentations and meet the Nord Anglia Executive Directors and senior management
  • Networking opportunity with other graduates

2. Assignments within the following divisions:

  • International Schools – 6 months
  • PLC – HR – 6 months
  • PLC – IT / Finance – 6 months
  • Learning Services – 6 months

3. Leadership Development Workshops

Structured modules will be held quarterly for the duration of 1-2 days and will include:

  • Strategy, Values and Vision
  • Financial Awareness including budgets, forecasts and statistical reporting
  • Planning and Organising
  • Problem Solving & Decision Making
  • Effective Communications (including presentation skills)
  • Emotional Intelligence and Behavioural Self Awareness
  • Team Management and Team Working
  • Business Development
  • Strategic Management and Business Planning
  • Customer Relations Management

Other development strands will include:

  • Peer group sessions to share learning and experiences
  • Additional group development workshops held at either an International School or Learning Services business to gain a wider business understanding and will give senior executives a view of how graduates are developing over the course of the programme. It will also provide excellent networking opportunity for both graduates and executives

4. Individual Reviews

Every three months graduates will have the opportunity of a meeting with the HR Director and/or Divisional Managing Director to review progress and achievement
