Application Criteria
You will need a strong academic background preferably a 2:1 honours degree classification. You must be able to demonstrate key skills and competencies as detailed in the application process.

We will be looking for graduates who are confident, articulate and ambitious; are quick learners and are flexible in their attitude; creative, self-motivated and able to make things happen; they will be results focused and team players. Candidates will enjoy the dynamic pace of our culture.
In order to ensure you broaden your experience and business knowledge of Nord Anglia, you will be required to work a number of our locations over the course of the two year programme, in the United Kingdom and abroad. Graduates are therefore expected to be flexible in terms of location, as this is an integral part of the programme.
