Our Education SystemWe follow the English National Curriculum (ENC) used by over 30000 schools in the UK and overseas. This brings reassurance to parents and stability for students, important when moving between countries or investing in an educational system different from your own. Starting from Early Years aged 3 and upwards, the ENC provides a rigorous and continuous framework of skills – personal and academic – and concepts. From this structure, our qualified and experienced teachers create memorable learning experiences adapted to the needs and talents of each individual here at the school. In Secondary school, specialist teaching programmes in Key Stages 3 and 4 (11-16 years) develop deeper understanding across the Arts, Humanities, Languages and Sciences. At age 16, students sit examinations in up to 10 subjects earning IGCSE qualifications which are recognized worldwide. For their final two years, our students are offered the International Baccalaureate Diploma programme – a world class, internationally recognized programme – to prepare them for university and beyond. Please download our Achievement continuum for an overview of the grading system:
