Application Form

Once you've decided that we are the right people to look after and develop your son or daughter, we'll need some formal documents from you.

We need

a completed application form (see below)
copies of your child(ren)’s latest school reports
2 copies of a recent passport size photograph of your child(ren)
a photocopy of the passport (particulars page) of your child(ren)

Our application form is designed so that it can be filled in and printed out. If you prefer, we can give you a pre-printed application form when you come for a visit.
